Description

TumorGrow1 is a complete medium with an optimized mixture of trace elements and selected serum components. Synthetic iron-binding molecules facilitate the transport of iron ions into the cell. It is based on a modified formulation of RPMI 1640 and supplemented with a well-balanced mixture of trace elements and protein fractions from soybeans.
